Nature of the service

PreviewViz creates visual after previews and samples from before photos — for example staging, paint, landscaping, remodeling, or roofing concepts. Our work is illustrative. It is not architectural, engineering, structural, or professional design advice, and it is not a substitute for licensed professionals, permits, or on-site assessments.

Free samples vs paid work

We may offer free samples to show what is possible. Samples can have limits (for example quantity, turnaround, or usage). Paid projects are agreed separately — typically by email — including scope, price, and delivery. Until payment terms for a paid job are confirmed, a sample does not create an obligation for ongoing work.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to share any photos or materials you send us (including permission from property owners or clients where needed).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of project details you provide (colors, materials, goals, etc.).
• Final real-world results may differ from a digital preview due to lighting, materials, site conditions, and execution.

Intellectual property

• Your before photos remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use them only to create samples or deliverables for you.
• Deliverables we create for you are licensed for your marketing and sales use as agreed for that job (for example listings, proposals, and social posts), unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Portfolio use — with your permission, or in anonymized form where appropriate, we may show examples of our work for marketing PreviewViz. If you prefer we do not, tell us and we will respect that.

No guarantees of sales or results

Visualizations are meant to help clients imagine a finished result. We do not guarantee that using our previews will lead to sales, closed deals, higher prices, or any particular business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Misrepresent our previews as photographs of completed work when they are not
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the website or our systems

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PreviewViz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost opportunities) arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for a given matter is limited to the fees you paid us for that matter (or zero if the work was a free sample). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute, contact us at info@previewviz.com and we will work with you in good faith.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
